Accessibility statement

Where the site stands

The site is being made accessible. Our goal is conformance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG) at level AA, as required by regulation 35 of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. The site does not fully conform yet. Below is what we have done and the limitations we know of.

What we have done

• Every page of the site and the dashboard has an accessibility button fixed on the left side of the screen (in the bottom corner on the site, mid-side in the dashboard). It lets you enlarge or reduce text, increase text spacing, switch to a readable font, turn on high contrast or grayscale, highlight links, stop animations and videos that play by themselves, use a large mouse cursor, show a clear keyboard focus outline, and have the page or selected text read aloud.
• Your settings are saved in your browser and stay on as you move between pages.
• The button itself works with the keyboard (Tab and Enter), Esc closes it, and it carries a screen-reader label: "Accessibility menu".
• We checked the public pages (home, pricing, information pages, blog, sign-in and sign-up) with an automated testing tool (axe) and fixed what it found: colour contrast of text, buttons and links; screen-reader descriptions for the show-password buttons, which the keyboard can now reach; underlines for links inside text; and in the dashboard, a top menu that wraps to another row when text is enlarged instead of being cut off, and sub-menus that open from the keyboard, not only with a mouse. The re-check found no problems on the pages tested, apart from the logo colour, which the standard exempts.

Known limitations

As of the date below, these are the limitations we know of:

• In the dashboard, mainly in dark mode, some secondary text and badges still have lower contrast than required. The automated check of the dashboard covered only two screens, in light mode.
• We have not yet done a full manual review with a screen reader and keyboard, or checked the captions of the videos on the site.
• The website chat window does not follow most of the accessibility button's settings.
• Enlarging text does not reach chart axis labels or some text in the ads-agent area.
• Read-aloud uses a voice installed on your device, and appears only when your device has a voice in the page's language.
